The prospective demand for this property will be driven by several factors, but none more important than the relative value the Developer can offer to the buyer. The price of the property combined with its unique beauty and outstanding design combine to provide an exceptional value. The proximity of The Retreat to seven major cities and over 14 million people helps contribute to a large supply of prospective buyers. In addition plans are underway to create a neighborhood development zone and taxing authority for the Project enabling tax-exempt bonds to be raised and supported through taxes to the residents for residential amenities. |
